I have the Pinecone motif Whitehall 14" Indoor/Outdoor Wall Clock & Thermometer. Sadly, the hands on the time clock no longer turn properly. The minute hand seems tight enough to spin, but the hour hand is so loose, I'm sure it doesn't meet with any resistance to turn properly. Can you help me in fixing it? Thank you. Gail Ratte' P.S.
