I want to remove the hardwood in the front and replace it with tile and am looking for some tile pattern ideas.
I want something different, but want it to not be too far out there in case we sell.
The hardwood hasn't stood up well to the traffic and snowy winters.
Also should I replace the mirrored closet doors? Practical but maybe feels too "90's"
