Hello, and thanks for your interest. Unfortunately, I don't know of any manufacturers that offer a roller shade with the top-down feature. Many have tried, but encountered inconsistent performance and reliability. You should explore "flat fold" Vignette shades, which offer top-down and are probably the closest to the clean look of a roller shade if the right fabrics are chosen. Battery packs can be concealed behind the head rail if enough depth is available, or is attached inside the window framing and hardly visible in many cases. Shades are always mounted with special brackets, whether inside or outside mounted. In this clients home, they were 'outside' mounted to give the best coverage for blocking the sun, heat and UV.
