The cabinets showing lowers only are within natural maple color,the uppers and lowers are no way natural maple color.

What is maple color variation limits? The top cabinet picture color is close to natural maple color while the bottom picture is more of a deeper cherry tone.

Maple s a very light naturally colored wood which can be stained any color save white. I never tried bleaching maple, which may whiten it further.

Light is before, darker is after. They are the same cabinets. Just wondering if it’s normal for the wood to take the dye so differently throughout the cabinets.

Instead of alcohol or water, mix the dye in Solar Lux Reducer for more control.
