What are the actual measurements of the room? Also, it would be helpful if you can post a simple hand-drawn layout of the room showing windows, doorways, etc. so we can see what the traffic patterns and available walls in the room are.

As klfische mentions, this is all much easier to figure out on paper before the construction starts.

I would put the bed and nightstands on the left wall and the t.v. on the right wall. If you follow feng shui at all, and I only know a little, your feet should be facing the entry door to the bedroom in order to get the best sleep. From an aesthetic point of view, the bed is usually the focal point of the room and you want it to be the first thing you see when you come in the door. The corner by the windows would make a pretty sitting/reading area.

And, in addition to what Kate said, place the bed so the its left side is a little inside of the right-hand wall, and so the right side is within the tray of the ceiling. This should allow room by the windows for two chairs and a table between.
