A lot of people go with an island prep sink, as it gives you the space to wash prepare veggies, etc. right on the island, next to where you are chopping. This eliminates having to carry them dripping across to the main sink, or from the fridge to the prep sink, to the counter.

However, think about where/how you will use the extra sink, or if it's a feature you even need. Do you really need it for prepping outside of the main sink, or will you use it more as a bar sink, or when cleaning up your beverage station?

If you do a lot of food prep and/or baking and frequently need to clean items, then the island is a better space and will add convenience. If this is more of an add-on and not a necessity, or won't get too much use, then eliminate it, or use it near the fridge.

It's pretty much pointless to have two sinks that close together in a kitchen. Two people would have a hard time working at the sinks at the same time, and the two are so close when would you ever chose to use the smaller one.

Either lose it completely, or move it next to the fridge.

You might consider putting it in the other end of the island. If you have two people cooking at a time that puts them near each other but far enough apart to be out from underfoot.
