Great find all 3 of our Bunnings around me do not stock grafted DR when u ask them are u going to get grafted ones in they just tilt there heads like a dog trying to understand me its frustrating.

Arrrr rub it in just pink & Red over here .hows your green house going ? With the good results from the top enders in the tropics, with high humidity i have tried something i have kept my door closed with my Windows open only it has forced the humidity up and the plants are going off i have even got buds spider mites don't like humidity predatory mites do. Probably will tip the buds but to make them more squat i dont like stretched out DR.:×)

I am glad for you, Agartta. I have a number of seedlings (lots of them) that should be whites or yellows so I am hopeful that I will get a good one or two of each before I thin them. Of course any number of them will throw other things - pinks or reds, whatever. But I will wait and see. I hope your blooms will be exactly what you were hoping for. ;)

Abrahamx i dont really like grafted plants its more the colour range u can get easier , Agartta has grafted and coloured plants on tap because of the rules were i live the dont allow live plants imported from out of Australia or western Australia .

Peter - the greenouse did bring humidity very high and my plants got attacked by spider mites and other pests. I lost leaves and buds, I had to take all adult plants out in the air. I made a shelf next to the housewhere they get only late afternoon sun. The pests are gone and the leaves are coming back.

I kept some seedlings in greenhouse, which they seem to like, and other seedlings I'm in the process of repotting in individual pots. I have to use greenhouse for winter maybe.

My plants are all doing well, havent lost any in a long time. The mix I settled for is Baileys premium potting mix and Perlite (hydrophonic grade) I mix about 70:30.then I add some other small stuff ie clay granules, blood n bone, mineral dust. I have no success with grity mix. I stick to this mix.

Peter - how is your plant that was trying to crest, was it a crested one?

The crest withered away but it still has weird growth going on i will update soon. I love the little twin branch one in the last pic.my 2yo plants have just started to come out of dormancy this late in the year strangest year ever.

Yeah, I like the twin trunk baby in the last photo as well. I have a few of those myself.

Agartta, you picked a beauty there from Bunnings. Very nice soft yellow and a double as well. Your babies are also looking good...have they been growing slow this year like mine have?

My tiny one with the flower bud (from my recent post) hasn’t done much as we have been inundated with rain and there’s more rain to come this week. On the plus side, at least we aren’t so hot now. I am waiting patiently (Lol) for a little sunshine. :)

Rick - thankyou, yes it turned out a beautiful soft bloom, my only light one.

Rachel - since its exactly 1 year since I started growing Adeniums, last february, I didnt notice a slow growth appart from the winter dormant stage. The seddlings amazed me on the beautiful growth and survival. I havent lost any seedlings. We had some very hot humid days and I had to bring out of the greenhouse the adult plants due to those pests, which dissapear with aeration and eco oil. So my 1 year journey has been very rewarding. I cant wait till my own seeds grown seedlings will flower lol

Looking good! That is a nice find. If it turns a little pink here and there as the flower ages, as it looks maybe to be doing, then it'll be even prettier once it has a bunch of flowers open at once. Some more white, some more yellow, some with hints of pink... lovely.

Hi Hyn, sometime I have the impression that the bloom has a faint smell of roses. Its a nice plant. Not bad for a $19 :-)

Rose scented would be a nice bonus that I wouldn't complain about either. ;)
