My monstera had been regularly putting out new leaves until ai repotted it about 3 months ago.

A new shoot growing to the side of the newest petiole, was stunted and there has been no growth since then.

Today I thought I'd get rid of the dead foliage and so picked on it tofind the inside like this.

Any suggestions or advices as to how I can taje care of this? My monstera will be ok right??
