Using a wall-mounted faucet but want a sprayer -- how??

I have seen photos online of wall-mounted faucets with sprayers mounted on the deck. I know I could use a sprayer designed especially for independent use, but those come with challenges--expense, additional plumbing. I want something like what is pictured below. I don't particularly like the look of a hose hanging in the sink, which I know is an option. Can anyone tell me how this can be achieved? My contractor told me if I installed one of those separate valve ones, I'd lose drawers, etc...b/c of the extra plumbing?

Thanks to everyone for responding...what I am looking for is what is pictured. This is a wall-mounted faucet with a deck side spray. I've tried to ask the owner of this kitchen (on Instagram) how this was accomplished but I can't get a response. Any ideas how to tie in a side spray with a diverter to a wall-mounted faucet? It appears to have been done here, unless it's connected to a main water supply, which is shouldn't be if it's just a sprayer... Thanks!!

Get a sponge and skip the spray. Let the water run. It will be fine. Or get the the one with a holder.....and put it far enough to not hang in the sink. Or lose drawers, you need a separate water line and plumbing valve.

When are washboards and buckets coming back???

Sounds as if your contractor just hates installing sprayers.

If you install one between your sink and dishwasher, you'd not be losing drawers. Also, even if you had drawers next to our sink instead of a dishwasher, what you'd use would likely be a few inches of drawer depth or width -- more space between wall and drawer or between the side of the drawer and what's adjacent to it -- rather than numbers of drawers.

probably its too late for you but that model of faucet that is pictured above is a Rohl yCountry Kitchen faucet with side spray and it is available on Amazon among other sites.

Hello from Philadelphia,

I have been trying to solve the same problem: how to incorporate a side spray with a wall mounted fixture when you don't want the untidy exposed hoses seen on many models. I just discovered that one must search for an "independent side spray" in order to find one that is designed with a valve that requires independent plumbing with hot and cold. I plan to pair the Graff independent side spray with a Kingston Concord chrome wall faucet. Very excited!
