Hi Elizabeth! Yes, we have sliding hardware for any size door. General rule of thumb for choosing the size of your track is to get one twice the size of your door or larger. We can make custom tracks too. The door is held on the track by each "hanger," which is the part that comes down and is bolted to the door, so yes, there will be two attachment points no matter what size you choose.
