Personally, I would do a double sink because when you go to sell the house, that's a major selling point, especially for a master bathroom. Store your cluster in one of the shelvings below. As for vanity, I would keep it light... you don't have a ton of natural light and what you do have, is blocked by the shower. On a budget tells me that the budget conscious way would be to paint the cabinets for an updated look. I’ve priced vanities exhaustively- and have decided to do just that in two of our bathrooms. We redid the master and were lucky enough to find a vanity that was being sold as is from a wholesaler.

You can do a lot with 4k! Or did you mean 400? Either way, I think doing something with the vanity and light fixture will give a change you are going for. I like your blue walls. :)

For the walls, you might consider something a little different. Good quality and creative patterned tiles don’t have to cost
an arm and a leg with installers. You can do it yourself with mesh mounted or

Debbie, wow! It just goes to show where you live makes a difference. I'm going to re do my bathroom in June for 8k (that's demo and installing).
