Yeah, too glossy too green, too veiny...but close ;)

I suspect probably all those Chenopodiums are edible, but don't quote me on that.

Perhaps Chenopodium californicum. And all members of this genus are edible although some are enhanced by cooking.

Goosefoot is an English common name for species in the genus Chenopodium. Lambsquarters is an English common name for the species Chenopodium album.So your plant, pr biskit, is a goosefoot, but it is not a lambsquarters, another words, it is Chenopodium, but it is not Chenopodium album.

Note that English common names are in use only in the English speaking countries, and can vary even there. If you want to be always understood correctly all around the world use scientific names.
