Agreed with not installing track lighting, but consider adding more recessed lights in the areas that are in need.

I'm not fond of track lighting in a bathroom. There are so many options for you. What about a ceiling fixture that makes a statement? Also add some lighting at the vanity area.

Lighting a bathroom only from above leads to the lower part of you face being in shadow when you are standing in front of the mirror. This makes applying makeup and shaving more difficult. I would go for a narrower mirror with sconces flanking it. You will still need a fixture above the mirror. The bulbs in the sconces need to be above eye level or diffused. You could have opted for a lighted exhaust fan to give more light in the shower.
