My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Gas cooktop

What's a good gas cooktop to purchase that's not too pricey? I'm looking at a 36". Does it make sense to get one that comes with a griddle or can I purchase that separately?

Bosch is good for a gas cooktop. Griddle would be separate for a cooktop, though. A range top could have a griddle integrated. I am not familiar with which are the good brands for griddles. I prefer mine to be separate.
