I'm not sure if it will sprout again from the roots, but you might be able to root the cutting/broken stalk, or possibly return it for an exchange. Not sure if that helped.

It's very possible it will send up new growth. No guarantee though. I would pot it up and keep an eye on it.

I've had two small but established blueberries broken off in my garden. One by children playing soccer, another by unknown foot traffic. Maybe of animal variety. Neither one came back from the roots.
