We have a pebble tech pool/spa that needs resurfacing. One of the things I really don’t like about the present spa is that the surface too rough to be comfortable to relax in.

Years ago, when remodeling a pool at another house we added a spa with a waterfall into the pool, similar to this one, but we tiled the entire spa. Our first pool remodel quote person came by today and said they just don’t do that. Should I not get my hopes up for finding anyone that does that sort of work? Are there other options for a smooth surface in the spa?
