My mom needs a new roof. She is open to changing the gutters, shutters, porch and deck colors. What are your thoughts? Really all that needs to stay the same is the siding and brown lattice under the deck.

She open to changing things that would be reasonable in cost. Colors certainly are and new gutters would be. However physically changing the porch structure would not be reasonable.
