Shirley -- Sorry to hear that you're still under the weather. Hope you feel better soon. If you can stomach it, take 3-4 fresh garlic cloves (has to be fresh) and dice them finely. Wait 10 minutes, then take in spoonfuls with a liquid to wash it down. You don't need to chew, just use the liquid to help you swallow. Do that once a day until you're better.

Here's how/why it works (copied from my blog):

My new go-to, whenever I start getting sick is garlic. I take 3-4
cloves a day, when I first start feeling under-the-weather and continue
with that until I am sure that I am better, which is usually 2-3 days
    later.

To take advantage of the wonderful antioxidant and antibacterial benefits of garlic, eat it raw and fresh!

When crushed, chopped or damaged in any way, garlic releases the
phytonutrient allicin. For medicinal use, crush your cloves 10 minutes
before consumption. This allows for the maximum release of allicin.
After the 10 minute mark, the unstable enzyme will begin to break down.

    Important:

    • Do not use pre-minced garlic. A couple hours after crushing, the medicinal benefits of allicin are lost.
    • Do not cook the garlic. Cooking destroys the allicin.
