My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What was used to create the look on the floors? ( product ) We have been considering doing the etching and staining on the concrete floors but fear the task may be too difficult for amateurs. Thank you!!

    this looks like an Acid Etched (stained) concrete floor with a high wax finish. These are typically a big gamble for a homeowner to tackle by themselves, but a local concrete contractor could give you a quote on it. Try www.concretenetwork.com to find a contractor in your area.
