My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi there, thanks for reaching out to us! This cross cut slab of Guanacaste (S. American Walnut) will often times have a few cracks and lines/striations as it is it's own unique tree.

    Being that it's a live edge piece, it will always move (and possibly crack) due to weather, humidity and time. Let us know if you have any other questions, we'd be happy to help!
