My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    We usually use a Benjamin Moore paint, and it's a high gloss finish. The wall is a very smooth drywall (level 5 finish) underneath the paint. I'm sorry not to have the color in my records, but I do know they put on a few coats, more than the usual 1 to 2 coats.
