How long it took to finish the second floor?

I’m looking to do something similar and I’m wondering how long it takes to get it done and how disruptive it is.

Hi Meisy. Based on what we've seen, we'd estimate the work could take anywhere from 6-12 months depending heavily on the size of the construction crew. The work is pretty disruptive so you'd probably want to reside elsewhere while it's going on.
