I would NOT use 3 d tile in the shower. Unless you love to clean.. I'd pick a much simpler flooring as well. Otherwise? One star to the show. Simple shower : )

I think that you will tire of that look sooner then you think , no to those tiles for the shower looking at them make me want to take a tooth brush to them . the floor is nice but not with the cabinet get something white or black of you are going with those tiles, with the cabinet go plain no design . let the cabinet make the statement .

I agree with Jan. Let your MCM cabinets be the star and use a white/off white flooring. I believe they used Terrazzo flooring in most MCM homes because I grew up in my parents home which still has it. The next door neighbors are remodeling their MCM home and just found an expert Terrazzo guy to pour Terrazzo throughout their great room and kitchen and it's supposedly gorgeous. I haven't gone over to see it yet, but it's back in style. I vote a beautiful, white Terrazzo floor...

I love that cement tile look though, but I'm afraid I would get tired of it after a while and it competes with your cabinetry. Good luck!

Everyone is right about having one star in a room. But if you want a patterned tile, go for something more geometric. That fits with the MCM vibe more than the one you showed.
