Window treatment help!

What kind of window treatments would you recommend for above the sink?! I have never done window treatments before and don’t know where to begin, but our kitchen windows face west and when the sun goes down it is brutal!! We are not formal or contemporary. More like modern Farmhouse/Joanna Gaines style!! Thanks for the help!!
