Family Room Setup & Couch

Hi All! Im exhausted making a decision. Need your advice on placement of tv- on wall or fireplace? We have a back staircase wall on the left. Also type of couch- sectional, couch with cuddler or chaise or just couch and loveseat? Thank you in advance for all of your suggestions!

The TV is way too high above the fireplace. I would put it on the wall if there is a good place to put it. It's a bit hard to see the wall in the picture.

If you put the tv on the wall with the stairs, then a sectional sofa similar to what’s in the pictures might work.

I would put the TV on the stair wall over a narrow console. A sofa in front of the windows and 2 swivel chairs will be most versatile
