Help! Too much brown/beige??

Hey guys,

First time using this site for a question, but I've really loved lurking and reading through all the ideas and advice!

So I am having a house built and its been tricky narrowing down the material choices for the interior. I have attached a collage photo of what I have chosen at the moment, and was wanting to get some input on it. A quick description of the basic idea and specific materials in the photo:

Kitchen/Living room floor: Esmer Theory Tile, brown

Cabinets: Aristokraft Benton Birch, Umber

Counters: Quartz, cameo white

Walls: Sherwin-Williams Nomadic Desert (eggshell)

Trim: Sherwin-Williams Dover White (semi-gloss)

Bathroom floors: Daltile PORADA, Taupe

Bronze fixtures

Carpet (bedrooms, basement): Renowned carpet, timberridge

I really like each material/color and I feel like it will look nice all together but I am having a hard time picturing it all laid out! The living-room/kitchen has lots of windows and natural light and is well lit with recessed lighting as well, and there are 9ftc ceilings.

I have also attached a couple photographs showing the floor in a different space just to provide a better idea of what it looks like installed (this is the first two photographs).

Any input is appreciated!
