My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love the loft. Where is I t from (or is it custom)?

Didn't see it listed (apologize if missed it). My tween son desperately wants a loft bed and currently has a queen size bed. This seems like it would be perfect. Could you provide more info. Thanks so much. What is the ceiling height as well?
