Sink manufacturers don't know what they're talking about. They're always trying to fit fat plumber hands between sinks and cabinet sides. If you strap your sink in place, disregarding the manufacturer's clips and instructions, you can easily undermount a 24" sink into a 24" sink base.

Whitehaven comes in a "tall apron" and "short apron" style - so be sure to get the one that is right for your cabinet. It is more expensive then the Domsjo but will last much longer. It also comes in an uneven low divide. The size you want appears to be in stock - which is good because many Whitehaven sizes are on backorder.
