My peach tree is being attacked!

So I just bought a peach tree from Lowe’s (yeah yeah I know!) this past fall. Made it through winter and was blooming great this spring. Lots of peaches! But now it’s leaves are being attacked. Is this bacterial spot? What can i do now? Help! See pictures attached!
