Call around to your local feed stores looking for ordinary corn meal (not corn gluten meal). Cost should be around $10 per bag (50 pounds). Apply to your entire lawn at a rate of 20 pounds per 1,000 square feet.

Corn meal works in 2 ways. The less technical way is that it is a low grade organic fertilizer that will green up your lawn in 3 weeks. Against the disease corn meal attracts a predatory fungus called Trichoderma (try koh DER mah). This fungus will populate the corn meal and, when the corn meal has decomposed, that population of trychoderma will go to work on other fungi in the soil. One of those is the one causing your disease. Do not use another fungicide first. The organic corn meal approach works with the existing beneficial soil fungi and needs to have them healthy. The corn meal against the fungus also takes 3 weeks to see. Then you will "suddenly" notice the improvement. But if you write back at 2 weeks to say you don't see any improvement, that is par for the course. It simply takes 3 weeks.

If you search further at TAMU for this corn meal solution, they will tell you it does not work. Well, it has worked for me every year since 2002. I don't know why they cannot duplicate the experience of so many people out here in the wilds of Texas, but they cannot (or will not).

Found a feed store and going to pick a bag up today. Does it work well with a broadcast spreader?

I applied the cornmeal yesterday with my Earthway broadcast spreader. It didn't come out as easy as I thought it would but it wasn't so bad. Just had to wiggle the bucket a few times. I wore jogging pants and it was black before I started. It was white when I was finished lol

It is very dusty with the broadcast spreader. I have used a drop spreader which is worse for clogging. These natural grain materials absorb humidity and clump up in the spreader. I had to bounce my spreader along to keep it flowing. After not too long the bucket broke from all the bouncing. Now I throw it by hand. My dogs like to run into the cloud of corn meal dust and lick at it.
