How to use this space in the corner?

This space in above the wall next to the stairs in a 2 level split. I am thinking of removable wallpaper just there and a huge flower vase. Any other ideas?

If flower vase is ok, then what kind? Tall or wide? What kind of flowers? Thanks in advance!!

Am also attaching pics from different angles and other walls in the space.

    Nothing. Empty space is a design statement, too. This space does not need anything in it.
