Please tell me about the floors. Width of planks? Type of wood? Thank you.

These were the original oak floors of the home that were refinished. You could get a similar look with character grade white oak with random width planks. We typically prefer the 8 - 11" width in random long sections of 6' minimum.

can you provide me with the stain color and finish (i.e. is it tung oil?) on the floor?

Our floor was finished with Cabot's Bittersweet stain and an oiled based poly finish. My new email is joel@oakandbroad.com now BTW!
