Yes we can do a 48" x 18" it would have 4 drawers 2 on each side and 2 doors in the middle. It is not listed in Houzz in our vanity selection. we just limit the choices and color to the most popular sizes and colors . We don not offer Pine in White because some of the grain may bleed, however you could get these unfinished and paint it yourself and if you need to repaint in a few years it would look new.
