If you want the hutch area to look like a piece of furniture, make it all white.

However, I like the blue look.

I prefer the second option. And for color, try Soot 2129-20, it is a very dark navy.

I looked up the Soot 2129-20, it looks more like a gray/black. I should probably get a swatch for a better look.

That's what I thought too initially, but I have it sampled in my kitchen and it's blue.

I'd go with option 1. From what you're showing this is the most balanced.

Are your appliances actually that off-white color? Because that would be a problem.

Don't just use a swatch for choosing paint colors. Paint a board with the color and set it where your cabinets will be so you can see them in your lighting throughout the day.
