Kitchen & Island Layout Help

The floor below shows our planned renovation. We have an open Kitchen/dining/living space (31.9 feet). I want to include an island in the kitchen area. I need help with the kitchen island design/layout. I would space for a separate dining area. I am not sure if space allows for both an island and a dining table. Any suggestions?

I have the same type of open layout, with an island, dining area and living room, but my space is about 14 feet longer than yours. I can't read the dimensions on your floor plan, but what I would do is print it out to scale and cut out standard island, dining table and living room furniture (to scale) and see if they will fit with enough room to move around them.
