Faucaria possibly tuberculosa hybrid with tigrina. Can't tell what the sides of the leaves look like in this photo.

Think this plant has scale insect,

I see few brownish dots on one leaf too; use a q-tip moisten in alcohol and swipe over them. If scale, it will come off quite easily (make sure you get alcohol right on it). It could be just a damage - but make sure :)
