Did u use heavy duty hinges for the doors? If not which ones did u use

I am concerned about the weight of the double bifold door and any weight that might be put on them from holding on. We ended up with the overall cabinet being 6" out from the front of the machines to allow for the bowed glass on each machine plus I always leave the door of the washer ajar with a towel to dry it completely and avoid any mould. Now I can't see the controls and display. Do you have the same problem? Any good resolution?
