Two years ago, I had my house treated for termites (subterranean) by drilling holes and pouring Terminex into them. I just got an offer for an annual warranty ($450) that includes inspection and re-treatment, if necessary. Since I live in Los Angeles, termites are an ongoing issue, but I'm not sure if the warranty is worth purchasing.

Any suggestions/experiences, please share!
