My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can this house be built on raised piers?

I plan to build on the Intracoastal Waterway in SC and have been looking at raised lowcountry house plans. I love this modern farmhouse but am not sure if it could be built as a raised home to meet our coastal flood building requirements.

    I am unfamiliar with the foundation types in your region, you might check with a local structural engineer. I would think this floorplan could be used with any foundation type.
