Our issues with the space are:

• we mainly enter the house into this hall from the carport, so we'd like to open it up to more of a mudroom

• there are no bathrooms on the left half of the house.-the space labeled "office" is really an unfinished utility room with electric panel, gas meter, and attic access

• The house flippers made some real ~choices~, including having the fridge out of the kitchen in the vestibule behind it. The only space in that vestibule is also for a stackable W/D.

We would like to reconfigure the hall of doors and vestibule behind the kitchen to have the following:

• add a half bath

• create a mudroom, perhaps with laundry

• retain some storage as there is no basement
