ALL blueberries grow well in the PNW. There are many commercial blueberry farms in the area, my nursery sells some 2 dozen different varieties and one of the largest wholesale growers (they supply most of the country) is located in Oregon.

Less than full sun could affect flowering. Fertilizing with something like cottonseed meal or a fert formulated for acid loving plants (ie. Holly Tone) won't hurt but not sure it will do much for this season's flowers and fruit.
