Yes, unless there are other compelling reasons to remodel, I'd consider that kids grow up pretty fast and leave it alone, unless you have constant guests who must have their own bath whom you consider worth that kind of outlay.

Get the toddlers a tub insert to put inside the bathtub, so you don't have to scrub the tub clean when you have guests using it. My kids had an inflatable "tub" that sat inside the bathtub. When you don't have guest the kids can use the bathtub as is.

Do you expect your guests to bath? I think most guests shower and many guest baths only have a shower.

If your guests have cooties, I wouldn’t think you’d invite them to be guests. If it’s the kids that have the cooties, I doubt the guests want to stay with you. Either way, it doesn’t sound like a problem that would be solv d by adding another tub in the same bathroom. After all, they’ll still share the same toilet.
