Working on the finishing details of our kitchen remodel and need some advice please. We went with Waypoint white shaker cabinets, lincoln quartz on island, absolute black on other cabinets. GE Profile Slate appliances (double wall oven, counter depth fridge) and a black GE cooktop.

Need advice on our sink, which will be in the island w/the quartz.

Trying to decide between a Kraus KHU-100 30 inch 16 gauge undermount single Bowl Stainless Steel or Blanco 519450 Precis Cascade Super Single Bowl, Anthracite (Black). I like the Blanco but worried about the contrast between the white quartz and the black sink. Do you think it will be too much? The other colors we were interested in (Metallic Gray or Cinder) are both 3-4 weeks wait and we just want our kitchen done.
