It reminds of Kerria japonica ‘Pleniflora’, but it’s blurry when I try to zoom in (my computer acting up, not your picture). So, just a wild guess.

Kerria can get very floppy. It’s nice to have a shorter shrub in front or a fence to hold up the arching stems when they are loaded with blooms. It will sucker freely so be careful how close you plant it to other things. It’s easy to pull and share but does cause disturbance to nearby plants when you do it. Very cheery in the spring garden. I have a big patch in my side yard.

Kaillean: I have it in a spot that needs filling in with something nice. If this suckers, it's ok. I need something that will spread - plenty of room to do so. Thanks for info.

I've noticed tip dieback in some gardens I've seen. I have no idea as to the reason as I don't grow it due to it's suckering habit.
