The previous owners installed this deck and it seemed nice enough last year, but really didn't do so hot over the winter. It's grown mold now and in many of the spots the wood is lower in the middle than at the supports. But it's not "I'm about to fall through" springy. Is there anything that can be done to save it? If a power wash and stain could give us a few more good years I'd jump on it this summer, but if not we would have to wait until at least next year to pull together funds to do something about replacing it.
