My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Wow, Guac Don! Your Regal Splendor is gorgeous and huuuge... Those leaves are still unfurling yet they are enormous already! How old is it now? Would love to see it when it has expanded fully... ;-)

    I am still looking for mine in my garden - it is still potted yet the label is missing. I don't see any dark pips like yours anywhere. :(
