Our kids do their studying in the library, so they have a fair-amount of input, and asked me to have the walls painted a creamy-taupe. But I'd prefer something with more soul like a sueded-sage. A compromise might be a mural of an old-world map that has the light color that the kids want predominately, but also add a little more to the palette. Thoughts???
