My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Dylan,
    An urban garage with a second story is completely possible. As for a foundation, it would require an actual solid foundation such as a concrete slab. Hope this helps!

    There is very little "urban" about a one level structure that cannot be added onto vertically.
