I have had two eurekas that only showed green growth so far.

Maybe under fed.... the red/brown tint to new growth is a sign that the tree is adequately fed.

I moved it into full sun. The color of the new leaves changed fairly quickly. Thank you! I just wanted to be sure I had the correct variety.

I don't have a Eureka, but my Meyer Lemon flower buds are clearly much brighter/darker purple when they are outside vs inside. I was surprised how big the color difference was
