If you're looking to install an exterior solution, we need pix of your portion of the lawn taken from outside, not from the kitchen. If you don't use the lawn as your neighbors do, and simply need privacy from their eyes when they're sitting out, try 1-way window film. For a better look, you can do top down/bottom up shades so you get light but they don't see in, and when they're not outside you can raise them from the bottom for the view.
